I was back and forth on a few different trucks, and very happy I decided on this one. We bought this for my two year old, who doesn’t yet have the ability to control the truck on his own. The remote gives you full control, with the ability to kill his control and apply breaks to stop it from potential collisions. The large size is plenty big enough for two kids, and the 24 volt battery last a long while. We have yet to run out of battery while driving it. It also has plenty of power to go in grass. Another feature I like is the 3 different speeds it has, with a max speed of about 5 mph. The lower speeds were perfect for starting out, but now he likes the faster speeds.
Assembly was straightforward although the steering wheel screw was difficult to secure. Good size car however the seat belts were too short to harness over her shoulders and too long to go around her waist. The controller is easy to use. Really sturdy great quality car that has a longlasting battery life. Overall I am happy with this purchase and can see my daughter getting alot of use out of it.
I expected a few scratches after reading reviews, but I was surprised the dash decal was terribly ripped up. I believe something rubbed against it during shipping. Maybe the decals should be put on by parents to avoid damage? Our grandson, who just turned 5, LOVES this truck. It is identical to Poppy’s new truck!!
It only worked for a week before the wheel broke and the electrical started malfunctioning, causing the car to randomly get stuck in reverse. So frustrating for us and upsetting for our kids.
We bought this for our grandchildren. They love it. Good quality battery holds up pretty well even with two kids sitting in it. Uphill downhill perfect. Remote control is also good feature
My son loves it, headlights are bright enough to drive in the dark, radio is plenty loud for him to jam too. It¡¯s almost as fast as his radio flyer go kart, but more capable in the grass. It took a while to assemble but wasn¡¯t difficult by any means.
So far, so good. I bought for my granddaughter, she¡¯s been riding it for a week. I hope that it holds up and lasts, especially for the price. It¡¯s actually pretty peppy and she loves it! There are 3 speeds, music, seatbelts, a horn and others. I did buy the cover to go over it, and help to protect it from the weather. Battery life is descent, it does take 10-12 hours to fully charge, and the battery stays in while it¡¯s charging, so having access to an outdoor outlet is a plus. It went together fairly quickly. It seems to ride fine on concrete and grass. The windshield was quite scratched up when we unboxed it. It could have been from shipping, I¡¯m not sure.
My grandson is obsessed with this truck he loves that it looks just like my truck, he rides it for hours and I have a remote control so I can take over the truck if he gets in to sketchy predicaments.
