Followed instructions. Got all charged and turned it on won’t move, lights wont turn on, trying to file to return or get product help and it keeps telling me something went wrong.
She loves it.
Bought this product for my daughters Christmas gift. Charged it up the day before Christmas. She was able to ride for about 15 minutes until the battery died. Tried to recharge it and it would not hold charge. Then I went to return the item and they want a box for me to return it when the box is thrown a way. Now I have to spend money to buy box to return the item. For $220 you would think you would get a better product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.
Doesn¡¯t work and I¡¯m still waiting on a reply for over a week from their customer service. ????????
My kid loves it .
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, it was properly assembled but will not go forward or backward. It powers on and that¡¯s it.
Disappointed in the size. Made more for toddler under 4years old my 5 year old granddaughter is almost to big for it.not sending back because she does love it the photo posted is a size comparison to a walker
This cute toy was good for my 7-8 year age range! The batter last all day with both of them riding having fun! Good quality and functions properly
Lots of fun, requires a lot of putting together
Nice, fun little car. My 6 year old granddaughter (and her neighborhood friends) love it.
Already put together love the parental controls
We absolutely love this car for our two year old daughter! It is so cute, the quality is definitely there. This was bought as a gift for her. It is super easy to use and drive her around.
This isn’t necessarily a negative review of the seller but more towards the manufacturer of the product. There were cosmetic pieces of plastic that had broken latches that will need to be super glued. The ride on drives great. First image provided show the pink frames sticking up in the back where the latch had broken. Needs super glue. The second photo is of the battery compartment cover where it appeared that the screws were too tight causing the screw hole to crack and break. None of these affected the operation of vehicle. Otherwise, arrived 3 days early.
I gave this the benefit of the doubt after reading all the bad reviews. Worse decision ever. Bought as a gift and my baby finally grew of age to use it and on the first use the tire some how BROKE off. I was in a smooth street pushing slowly. How could this happen? My baby almost fell. To top it off I can’t dissemble these cheap parts this car is so hard to take apart to fit it in the box to send back and all they could tell me is to “buy a bigger box?????” I still have to go out of my way to buy a bigger box to send it back, wow!!!! It’s impossible to take apart. I don’t even need the money I’m fine with credit but the fact that they won’t help me out in figuring out a way to get it back or make an offer other than me having to buy a bigger box. The seller makes plenty of sales I’m sure $60 wouldn’t hurt him. So with that being said, listen to the reviews! Don’t buy! Really loved this just wish it wasn’t cheaply made and I wish had better customer service to help a customer. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP A** vehicle and look somewhere else!!!!! ******also this vehicle has a warning label at the bottom that says something about cancer*******!!!!! So very scary what they use to make this and go figure as to why it’s impossible to take apart !
Says Teens, then says 8-12, then has a picture with a 3 year old. They don’t know what they are selling.
