It’s been 6 months since we bought the car for my son, went out to the garage and the car no longer works. Battery is fully charged, shows fully charged but the car is completely dead.
Do not buy this bike. It is a rip-off. This bike has many flaws- the biggest is it has no power. It’s falsely advertised and does not do half of what it claims. Not only does it not go, but if by miracle it does it would never reach the speed it’s advertised to reach. Do not buy – it will only lead to disappointment and frustration.
Everything was fine until we opened it amd there were no directions and remote for parent and some of the hardware is missing. I would like a refund cause we can’t even use it. This is the first time I ever ordered something that wasn’t right. I need a refund.
We were so excited for our son to wake up to his white dump truck on Christmas morning, but unfortunately our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. After assembling it and plugging it in overnight so it would be fully charged and ready in the morning, we discovered that it never charged. Either the charger or the battery appears to be defective. Our son’s excitement was very short-lived when he climbed on only to realize it wouldn’t turn on at all.
Literally just stopped working entirely. Brand new control board, brand new battery and nothing. Any suggestions?
Very cool! It was a huge hit! It’s kind of difficult to figure the controls out at first, but after a couple days it gets to be easier
Very cute but doesn’t keep charge.
Broken small plastic pieces inside broken don’t work at allWaste of money and timeDoing a return immediately
Kids just love this car. The battery is really good and will last few hours. Does light up (headlights and brake lights)
Hello! I need help with my car. I bought 2; one is working, one is not. The wheel and steering wheel no longer work or move. Sadly, this was a Christmas gift and we’ve had snow since Jan 15. Can someone please assist?
