My granddaughter loves to help her Dad with yard work and this tractor never stops. She is 4 so it just about fits on it. But that doesn¡¯t stop her. She loves playing the music we have in it while picking up the yard with the trailer. Well worth the money.
When I purchased the item, I followed the charging directions, but it would not hold a charge. I had to take the item apart farther than I had to assemble it to find that there was a connector deep down inside the tractor that was not connected to the charging port. I was nervous about connecting it because it was color-coded incorrectly. The mail end was coated white while the female end was red. Thankfully, I had A multimeter and knowledge on how to use it. There is one random blue wire floating around in there that¡¯s not connected to anything on one end, but I have yet to figure out what that is. I should not have had to do that, I do not work for this companies technical support division. But my daughter has already seen it and would probably freak out if I sent it back.
Tractor no longer works
Not bad. It works well! I love that it has a remote to control it for younger kiddos. However mine came with a busted wheel but Amazon was good and shipped a new one and I got the wheels out and returned it with the broken wheels. They did me well. If it wasn¡¯t broken it would have got 5 stars. My son loves it
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would, I ordered this, and it was SO CUTE once we got it put together. Once my grandson seen it for his birthday, he went insane! LOVED IT! But the back wheels wouldn’t roll the right way. It was like they were getting stuck, or something was holding the power to the back wheels so it would not move properly on hills and certain terrains. Once we got home and looked further, we noticed there was a cut wire! I RE-READ the instructions and there was NOTHING about a wire on the wheels at all. Once we figured out where the wire went, the wheels worked fine. The wheels had wear and tear on them. Like it had been ridden many times before. While we were putting it together! It had not been touched, and the seat was all scratched and so was the wheels. I had to check the order again to make sure I had not ordered a used item. Nope, I ordered a new one. But I don’t think that’s what I got! Then my grandson was riding it one day after we had it for about a week and while he was driving, THE STEERING WHEEL POPPED OFF! The tractor was moving but the steering wheel was in his hands and not attached to the vehicle! He could have ridden the thing out into the road or over the hill or anything and been seriously hurt or even killed! I immediately called Amazon customer service and was told there could be no replacement and they could only offer me a $40 some odd dollar refund! LIKE, EXCUSE ME? REMOVE THIS ITEM FROM YOUR WEBSITE BEFORE A CHILD GETS SERIOUSLY HURT! I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and got nothing! OH, and the Bluetooth would connect but the music would not play. The FM stations would not pick up anything but static and the songs already programmed were in Chinese! **This tractor is SUPER cute, but it is NOT worth the money and it is dangerous for children!!! BUYER BEWARE!
